o3e is a leading Charity Team Building company globally. We're 100% focussed on creating and delivering extraordinary one-of-a-kind events that give back to charities, communities, hospitals and schools.

100% of our events, directly support and deliver tangible benefit to charities and community groups. Every event is therefore sustainable and socially responsible, with zero frivolous waste and maximum fun and reward.

Why is this a good thing? It's great for you - employee engagement and a sense of purpose are much higher when you have CSR in the mix. Employee advocacy for your company is strengthened. CSR objectives are met.

It's great for the community - whether it's new bikes for teenagers recuperating from cancer or skateboards for social inclusion projects or performance wheelchairs for inclusive sports clubs.

Our challenges offer a unique and rewarding way to harness the time, investment and energy for social good.
