Sherouk Galal

Sherouk Galal serves as the People and Culture Lead at O7 Therapy since July 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in human resources and people management. Previously, Sherouk held the position of Senior People Partner at The Enterprise Company from July 2024 to July 2025 and at Klivvr from January 2022 to July 2024, where roles included Senior People Partner and People Experience Partner. Early career experience includes positions at Dell Technologies as a Senior Human Resources Representative and Human Resources Representative, as well as roles at Emirates NBD and Merck Group. Sherouk's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, and Strategic Management from The German University in Cairo, complemented by high school education at Collège du Sacré-Coeur Heliopolis.
