Michael has previously worked in customer experience and consulting management roles at PlanningEdge, Oracle, and JustEnough Software Corporation, contributing to project management, solution architecture, and customer success. Michael holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Systems Management from Ohio University.
