OAEI helps aerospace and defence suppliers recover late-stage delivery programmes—fast.

We work with Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers delivering to major OEMs and defence primes. When suppliers underperform, timelines slip, or stakeholder trust breaks down, we embed quickly to stabilise programmes, reset delivery structure, and restore control.

Our services include:
– Programme triage & 2-week audits
– Tactical 30-day drop-in support
– Retained delivery leadership
– Supplier accountability & escalation

We operate in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.

All engagements delivered under NDA.
