Roberto Raya

Roberto Raya is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in law and engineering. Currently serving as a Perito Justiça Federal at Justiça Federal da 3a. Região since January 2010, Roberto also holds the role of Perito credenciado na Receita Federal, a position held since January 1997, along with managing Raya Consult from the same year. Additionally, since June 2017, Roberto has been a Membro Consultor da Comissão Especial de Direito Aduaneiro at OAB SP. Educational qualifications include a Law degree from Universidade São Judas Tadeu and multiple engineering degrees, including Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Universidade Paulista and Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, respectively. Further studies include a postgraduate degree in Engineering of Networks and Telecommunications Systems from Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel, an MBA in Foreign Trade and Customs Expertise from Universidade Paulista, and several other postgraduate degrees in related fields.
