Simone Gonçalves

Simone Gonçalves is a Senior Legal Manager with extensive experience in the legal departments of multinational companies, providing support through the structuring and implementation of legal strategies. They have successfully negotiated national and international contracts and managed litigation in areas including corporate, environmental, labor, and regulatory law. With a postgraduate degree in Civil and Civil Procedural Law and an MBA in Corporate and Economy Law from FGV, Simone currently serves as the Head of the Legal Department at Aura Minerals Inc., overseeing operations across Latin America and other regions. They are also an active member of the Comissão de Apoio a Departamentos Jurídicos da OAB/SP and contribute to the Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa.
