Fernando Flach

Fernando Flach is the CEO of Alpha Participações Holding and an executive in the energy sector, with extensive experience in hydroelectric plants, wind farms, and thermoelectric plants for both private and public entities. They are currently a partner and director at Flach & Philippsen | Alpha Infraestrutura, while also serving as Vice President of the National Energy Commission at OAB/DF and a member of the Regulatory Process Support Committee at ANEEL. Fernando has specialized in electric power through multiple academic programs, including an Executive Program in Project Management from George Washington University, and holds several MBAs in relevant fields. They are fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian and have participated in numerous conferences internationally.
