OAK Banks Services is a 30-year-old construction consulting company that partners with local and national lenders to provide end-to-end construction loan risk mitigation.

What we do?

OAK Bank Services provides construction loan risk mitigation services such as draw inspections, draw management, pre-close project reviews, and funds control. We are competitive, experienced, accurate, and fast. Most importantly, we understand one box doesn’t fit every lender and draw management often needs to be tailored to meet a lender’s preferred way of working. Since 1990, our goal has been to make sure your construction loan projects get to completion with ZERO loss.

What Problem Do We Solve?

There is an exceptional amount of risk associated with originating and servicing construction loans. Risks that are often outside of the normal scope of underwriting and have very little to do with the creditworthiness of a borrower. Opportunities for loss include surprise liens, ordinance or zoning violations, inexperienced or dishonest contractors, and many other issues that frequently hinder the construction process.

Some lenders have dedicated internal teams to manage these risk factors, but many do not. That’s where we help . . . making sure your projects reach completion with ZERO loss.
