We are energised by helping people see and fulfill their potential. The same goes for our design work, and like the sculptor who can see the art within a block of stone, we see the beauty in materials and products that are deemed redundant and aim to give these products and materials a new lease of life, a renewed purpose, and a new home.

At Oak & Black, we work with reclaimed materials whenever possible and believe that with the right amount of focus, attention, and love we can turn these materials into beautiful products and heirlooms that will bring joy for years to come. The ability to create is within all of us and it is something that I know has always brought me great joy; seeing these creations bring joy to others is even more special.

At the heart of what we do are Kindness, Creativity and Sustainability. Whether you are looking for a gift for a loved one or a piece your family can pass from one generation to the next, it all starts with a kind thought. Each product is an expression of your creativity realised into a long-lasting and personalised gift.
