Brian McLaughlin

Brian McLaughlin is CEO of OAK Electric and is an Operating Executive at Orion Group. They previously led portfolios and operating companies at Astra Service Partners and served as Vice President—Amazon Division and Senior Vice President at UST Select, where they built the largest and fastest-growing start-up in the organization’s history within 126 days, established organizational and financial processes, achieved profitability within six months, and oversaw divisions totaling 1,250+ employees and 100+ locations. McLaughlin served in the US Army from 2011–2013 as an Operations Manager and Section Chief, managing resources for a 300-person unit and $80M in equipment, and earned a BS in Sociology from Suffolk University.
