Lauren Harris

Lauren Harris (Holmes) is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in retail management and operations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Oak Essentials since January 2024, Lauren previously held multiple roles at Jenni Kayne, advancing from Assistant Regional Manager to Chief Operating Officer over an eight-year tenure. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Store Manager at INTERMIX and Sales Manager at Dressed Inc., where Lauren successfully oversaw significant annual sales volumes and managed team performance. As a Department Manager at Nordstrom, Lauren was responsible for the daily operations of high-volume women's departments. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from UC Santa Barbara.
