Oak Leaf Advisory is a fractional business-operations practice for founders who just raised and companies working through an acquisition. We build the operating model and cash forecast that become the single source of truth, the KPI and reporting layer that makes the business visible, and the operating cadence that turns strategy into shipped work.

Founded by Jeremy Wano, an operator with founding-VP experience at venture-backed startups, BCG consulting, a clinical degree, and 12 years as a U.S. Navy officer. Oak Leaf brings senior operating leadership to companies that need it without a full-time executive hire.

Engagements are a monthly fractional retainer or interim operating leadership through a critical stretch, like the first 120 days after a raise or an acquisition.

Based in Philadelphia. Working remotely and across Philadelphia, New York, and DC.
