Oak Roots Therapy LLC is a trauma-informed psychotherapy practice based in Iowa, offering virtual mental health services to clients in Iowa, New York, and Florida. We provide thoughtful, relational care for individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity shifts, and emotionally complex experiences.

Our work is grounded in the belief that healing happens best when people feel safe, understood, and supported at their own pace. We take an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities including somatic and nervous-system-informed work, parts-based therapy, and attachment-focused care. Therapy at Oak Roots is not just about coping or symptom management, it’s about helping meaningful, lasting change take root.

Oak Roots Therapy LC collaborates with other care providers and supports clients through some of life’s most tender and transformative moments, offering a steady, compassionate space where growth feels possible and sustainable.
