Erik Rutter

Erik Rutter is currently the Managing Partner at Oak Row Equities since January 2018. Prior to that, Erik worked at Tishman Speyer as an Associate in the Acquisitions department from August 2014 to January 2018. Erik also gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Starwood Property Trust in June 2013 and as an Intern at Cushman & Wakefield from January 2013 to May 2013. Additionally, Erik worked as a Summer Analyst at M&T Bank in June 2012. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from Georgetown University, where he graduated in 2014. Erik completed his secondary education at Horace Mann School from 1994 to 2010.
