Competitive rents, and risk mitigation are achieved by renting through government-secured affordable housing rental programs. We pride ourselves on providing high quality, safe and comfortable housing to our tenants; and substantial, reliable returns for our investors.

Our investment model is purely cash flow focused. We do not speculate or rely on market appreciation or significant forced appreciation to meet targets.
