Oak Therapies is a Therapeutic Centre based in the heart of the Kent countryside. We combine evidence-based scientific research with ancient wellbeing practices to offer bespoke programmes for groups and individuals. Our unique programmes are designed by Occupational Therapists to enable people to improve their own physical and mental health by reconnecting with nature.

We offer therapeutic services in 1:1 sessions, groups and courses. These services include Occupational Therapy, Sensory Integration/Eco Sensory Therapy, Mindfulness, Equine Therapy and Therapeutic Yoga.
