Mark A. is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in facility management and event coordination. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Navy Pier Event Center at Oak View Group since January 2021, Mark oversees daily operations, policy development, and program implementation. Previously, Mark held key positions including General Manager of the Jackson Convention Complex, Director of Operations and Interim General Manager at ASM Global, and VP of Operations for the Los Angeles Football Club.
