Michael Downing

Michael Downing has extensive work experience in law enforcement and security. Michael started their career in 1982 with the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) and held various roles including Deputy Chief and Commanding Officer, Counter-Terrorism and Special Operations Bureau. In 2017, they joined Oak View Group/Prevent Advisors as Chief Security Officer, where they focused on designing and implementing security solutions. Throughout their career, Downing has demonstrated expertise in counter-terrorism, intelligence, and emergency preparedness and response.

Michael Downing attended the University of Southern California from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
