Scott Malone

Scott Malone, NRP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety, emergency services, and training. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Safety and Loss Prevention at Oak View Group since October 2023, Scott is responsible for developing an industry-leading safety program. Previously, Scott held the position of Senior Director of Safety and Technical Training at Cable ONE from July 2018 to October 2023. Scott's background includes serving as the Director of Emergency Medical Services at Pima Medical Institute and as the Deputy Fire Chief at Hillsboro Fire Department, where Scott managed a significant operational budget and multiple divisions. Additionally, Scott worked as a Lieutenant Firefighter Paramedic at Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Fire Services Administration from Eastern Oregon University, advanced paramedic certification from Oregon Health & Science University, and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Pierce College.
