Graham Taylor has a wealth of work experience spanning over 25 years. In 1993, they began their career as a Soldier in HM Forces. In 1997, they took on the role of Factory Worker - Injection Moulding - Stores & Assembly at Samsung Electronics. In 1999, they became a Training Officer at Orange, where they were responsible for delivering personal development training programmes to all Orange staff across 5 UK bases. In 2002, they moved to npower as a Senior Training Officer. In 2005, they took on two roles; NVQ Assessor at BT and Business Development/Curriculum Officer at Carter & Carter PLC. In 2008, they became a Self Employed Training consultant at Associate Services. In 2009, they took on the role of Training Manager at People Development Skills. In 2012, they became Learning & Development Manager at Visualsoft Ltd. Finally, in 2017, they joined Oak Engage as Head Of Professional Services, Solutions Architect Manager, Lead Digital Workplace Consultant and Intranet Consultant & Product Specialist - Client Services. In their current role, Graham is highly experienced within the customer success function and their main role is to provide professional services around project implementation for the software as well as facilitation and training in order to educate customers on intranet strategy, digital workplaces and employee engagement.

Graham Taylor attended Wellfield Comprehensive from 1987 to 1992. Graham later obtained a Level 4 Diploma in Internal Communications through the IoIC from Solent University in July 2021, as well as a PTTLS certification.
