Matthew Shell is currently the Lead Data Analyst at Oak Engage, where they oversee the BI Team and utilize Microsoft Power BI to analyze customer engagement with the software. With a strong background in Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Analytics, Matthew has also accumulated extensive experience in software testing across various capacities, including roles as a Software Tester at BT and a Senior Test Analyst at Accenture. Holding a degree in Information Systems from Edge Hill University, Matthew has contributed to both functional and performance testing, demonstrating expertise throughout the software testing lifecycle.
