Oakledge Advisors is an independent advisory platform focused on helping long-term investors navigate the structural shifts reshaping capital markets — from climate disruption and resource constraints to evolving fiduciary expectations and stakeholder demands.

We work with asset owners, asset managers, and mission-driven institutions to design and implement strategies that align capital with climate-aware, impact-oriented, and system-level outcomes. Our flexible engagement model spans advisory, fractional executive roles, consortium-based joint ventures, and thought leadership collaborations.

Founded by Max Messervy, a former leader in Mercer’s Sustainable Investment practice, Oakledge draws on deep experience in strategic mandate design, sustainability integration, manager engagement, and allocator readiness. We bring institutional credibility, ecosystem fluency, and a mission-based ethos to every engagement.

Our objective is simple: help stewards of capital act with clarity, courage, and foresight, to serve both long-term financial outcomes and a livable future.
