Brian Bowden

Brian Bowden is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Executive HR Advisor, currently serving on the boards of multiple organizations, including IPPN, Oaklee, and Bus Éireann. With extensive experience in human resources, Brian was the Chief People Officer at Aer Lingus from 2016 to 2023, where they were responsible for all people-related issues and led HR transformation initiatives. Brian's education includes ongoing training in Corporate Governance through the Institute of Directors, along with a diploma in Corporate Governance and accreditation in mediation skills.
