Oakley Home Builders is a custom home builder with deep roots in Chicago's western suburbs. For over two decades, we've built homes in Hinsdale, Downers Grove, Glen Ellyn, Naperville, Western Springs, and beyond — these are our communities and we genuinely care about what gets built in them.

We build custom homes, new construction, and thoughtful renovations. Every project starts the same way: with a conversation about how you actually live, what matters most to your family, and what a home should feel like when everything is right. Those answers shape everything that comes after.

Our work is defined by craftsmanship, honesty, and a process that keeps you informed and involved at every stage. We believe the best homes are the ones built in genuine collaboration, where the family who will live there has been part of every meaningful decision along the way.
We are currently building The Oaks, a curated collection of luxury custom residences in northeast Hinsdale, designed in partnership with the Schwarz Lewis Design Group. A select number of homes remain available.

If you are thinking about building, renovating, or simply want to understand what the process looks like, we'd love to start a conversation.
