Will Conk

Will Conk has over two decades of experience in product management and operations within the eyewear industry, currently serving as the Global Product Director for Sport Performance Eyewear at Oakley since September 2013. In this role, Will Conk manages the entire product lifecycle from concept to consumer, developing comprehensive line plans that outline product specifications, target consumer segments, and distribution strategies. Previous positions at Oakley include Global Product Line Manager for Rx and Senior Global Product Manager, focusing on business initiatives and Go To Market strategies. Earlier in Will Conk's career at Oakley, roles included Senior Demand Planner and Operations Engineer, where responsibilities involved forecasting and supply chain management. Will Conk holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
