Rain Tamm currently serves as General Partner at Siena Secondary Fund and Partner at Siena Capital, positions held since February 2021 and January 2016, respectively. As a co-founder of Fotografiska Tallinn since 2018, Rain is also involved in several non-executive board memberships with organizations such as eKool and Teamscope since 2011. Rain has extensive experience in investment banking as a Partner at Oaklins M&A Baltics since 1999 and has held various leadership positions in different companies from 1997 to 2019, including Managing Partner roles at GILD Bankers and LHV. Rain began a career in investment banking at Swedbank in 1998 and holds a degree from the University of Tartu, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
