Ty Rose

Ty Rose has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Ty began their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer from 2006 to 2008. Following their military service, they worked as an Integration Manager at CH2M HILL Plateau Remediation Company from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they managed integration processes within the company.

From 2014 to 2019, Ty Rose held the role of Region General Manager at United Rentals (formerly BakerCorp). Ty led the Gulf Coast region, managed multiple branches, and achieved significant financial growth and turnaround, including the largest turnaround in Shell Oil history. Ty also led the process improvement team and implemented improvements and key performance indicators (KPIs) across the country.

In 2019, Ty Rose joined Brock Group as the Head of Operations - Southeast, where they oversaw operations in the southeastern region.

Most recently, Ty Rose is the Managing Director and Specialty Contracting Leader at Oaklins Capital Alliance since 2020. In this role, they lead the Merger & Acquisition efforts for the Industrial and Construction & Engineering practices. The firm has a global presence, closing over 260 deals in 2021 and having access to worldwide strategic and financial partnerships.

Ty Rose obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in History from the United States Naval Academy, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. They then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Global Business Management at The University of Alabama from 2010 to 2012. In 2019, Ty attended Harvard University and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Finance, completing their studies in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Ty has acquired various certifications. They obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2018. In January 2015, Ty earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from BakerCorp. They also hold an Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI, which was obtained in August 2011.

Ty has further certifications in coaching. They have a "Bronze" Coaching Certification from USA Wrestling, obtained in December 2021. Ty also holds a "C" Coaching License from the U.S. Soccer Federation, although the specific month of obtaining this license is not provided.
