Eric Moerdler is currently the Director of Construction Risk at OakNorth, where they manage the physical aspects of a new construction loan platform. Previously, Eric worked in various roles within The Durst Organization and gained experience as a summer intern at The Related Companies. They also served as a Sr. Assistant Project Manager at Hudson Valley Property Group. Eric holds a Master's Degree in Construction Management from New York University and a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Design and Architecture Studies from NYU.
