Lizzy Barker

Lizzy Barker currently serves as the Director of People at OakNorth, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lizzy worked at Luno from September 2021 to October 2023, first as People Lead and previously as Senior People Partner. Lizzy gained additional experience as HR Director at Black Swan Data from July 2020 to August 2021 and as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Manager at Accenture Song between July 2017 and July 2020. A brief career break for travel occurred in 2017. Earlier roles include HR Lead at Beyond, HR Advisor positions at Criteo and Third Bridge Group Limited, and a foundational legal education from The University of Sheffield, where an LLB in Law was earned between 2005 and 2008.
