Additionally, Rob has held positions such as Chief of Staff and Technical Advisor in the CEO’s office, overseeing strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Prior experience includes roles at FIIG Securities, where Rob contributed significantly to Debt Capital Markets, managing relationships and deal execution. Rob's career began as a Graduate Financial Planner at Freedom Finance Australia, supporting senior planners in financial advisory processes. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
