Stuart Blair

Stuart Blair is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt finance and structured finance. Currently serving as Senior Director of Debt Finance at OakNorth since January 2017, Stuart oversees the provision of debt solutions for Financial Sponsor owned Corporates and Owner Managed SMEs, focusing on MBOs, roll-out strategies, and acquisition finance. Prior to OakNorth, Stuart worked at RBS from February 2002 to January 2017, holding various leadership roles, including Director of Leveraged Finance and Director of Corporate Banking, where Stuart developed tailored funding solutions for corporates and SMEs. Stuart's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of the West of England.
