James Hamilton

James Hamilton is a Co-Founder and Advisor at Tempai and serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Offline Studio. They are also a Partner at Downman Rathbone Investment Partners and Co-Founder of oakpool. Previously, James worked as a Principal at Meridian Health Ventures in London, and as a consultant for the Sustainability Initiative at MIT Sloan School of Management, where they significantly grew the initiative's audience. Their earlier experience includes corporate development at W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital and co-founding GuideHire, which was acquired by Recur Outdoors, Inc. James completed their high school education at Brooks School and has been actively involved in building and investing in technology and services businesses.
