Oaks is a stunning collection of more than 250 exquisite homes that together, become more than just another luxury development. It combines a very best of architecture, from several renowned local and international architects and services designed to blur the line between country side and modern living.

We designed Oaks as a place where we would like to see our own families growing up – a place with homes that change what matters and where we have time for what is really important.

The OAKS master site is spread over 140 hectares, with forest walks, refined homes and the Czech Republic's first PGA National golf course. Set around a 19th century chateau that serves as the heart of the project.

Arendon Development Company a.s. is the developer and ARENDON a.s. is the Prague-based owner and builder of OAKS project on behalf of Decimus Real Estate, a global real estate company with its headquarters in Mayfair, London. Decimus' approach to each asset is bespoke and local, with an emphasis on high-quality design and execution, all targeted at metro-affluent customers.
