Frank Carone

Frank Carone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law, finance, and public service. Currently, Frank serves as the Founder of Oaktree Solutions since January 2023 and as a Director at Hanover Community Bank, where Frank chairs the Audit Committee. Previously, Frank held the position of Executive Partner at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP from October 2011 to January 2023 and served as Chief of Staff for Mayor Eric Adams in 2022. Frank was also a Commissioner for the NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission and a Partner at Seddio & Carone, PLLC. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John's University and a law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
