Erik Tengen has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 when they were a Chef de Rang at The Gleneagles Hotel. In 2012, they became a Business Manager at AQ. In 2013, they held three positions: Co-Founder, Commercial & Partnerships at Oaky, Business Developer at Peakfijn, and Business Development Representative at Palo Alto Networks.

Erik Tengen attended Hotelschool The Hague from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Administration/Management.
