Shelley Jacobs has had a long and varied career in the hospitality industry. Shelley began in 2007 as F&B at Hotel de Wolfsberg, then moved to Fletcher Hotel Erica in the same year in an F&B and Conference role. In 2008, they took an allround role at Bilderberg hotel Wolfheze, followed by a similar role at Novotel Palacio de Congresos in 2009. In 2011, they took a Front Office role at Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne, followed by a Hotelmanager role at Hotel-restaurant Jagerhof in 2012. In 2013, they were Reservations at Van der valk eindhoven, followed by Sales & Marketing Europe and Product owner at Promoir B.V. at ROOMER - Hotel Management System in 2014. In 2017, they became Product Manager at Freetime Hospitality, responsible for the success of Piccotello and VIPS. Finally, in 2021, they took a Product Owner role at Oaky.
Shelley Jacobs attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. From 2004 to 2008, they attended Nijmeegse scholengemeenschap Groenewoud, where they earned a Havo in CRM. In 2007, they attended International languages business school Barcelona to study Business language of Spanish.
