Aleksandra Tracz

Aleksandra Tracz (Machul) currently serves as a Senior Transformation Analyst at OANDA, having commenced in September 2022. Prior to this role, Aleksandra held various positions at Alight Solutions from February 2017 to September 2022, including Quality & Analytics Team Manager, where responsibilities encompassed service delivery, process improvement, people management, client relationship management, and conducting trainings as a certified Business Instructor. Before that, Aleksandra worked as a Quality & Solutions Team Manager and Senior Solutions Specialist at Aon Hewitt Polska from February 2013 to February 2017, focusing on process improvements, reporting, and client engagements. Earlier experience includes positions at Capgemini Poland, Zakład Usług Leśnych Wiesław Boruń, and the Regional Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer Co. Ltd. Aleksandra holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in IT and Econometrics from Cracow University of Economics. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is currently in progress.
