Crystal Lok

Crystal Lok has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Crystal started their career in 2011 as an FX Retail Sales Executive at OANDA, where they focused on client acquisition and managed accounts in Australia, Singapore, and China. In 2013, Crystal worked as a Foreign Exchange Specialist at GFT Global Markets Asia Pte Ltd. Crystal then joined GAIN Capital (GFT Markets) in 2014 as a Relationship Manager for a short period before returning to OANDA. At OANDA, they held several roles, including Account Manager, Premium Relationship Manager, Head of Relationship Management, Asia, and currently serves as the Head of Emerging Markets. Throughout their career, Crystal has demonstrated their expertise in relationship management, business development, and expanding into new markets.

Crystal Lok completed their Bsc Honors degree in Banking and Finance from SIM - University of London between 2009 and 2011.
