Nelvin Toh

Nelvin Toh currently serves as the APAC Head of Compliance at OANDA since May 2020, following a role as Senior Vice President at APEX - Asia Pacific Exchange from August 2018 to May 2020, where responsibilities included regulatory compliance, member supervision, and market surveillance. Prior experience includes an Associate Director position in regulatory compliance for the APAC region at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation from June 2017 to August 2018 and an Assistant Director role at the Monetary Authority of Singapore from March 2011 to June 2017, focusing on the Capital Markets Group and serving in the Secondary Markets Enforcement and Markets Infrastructure and Supervision Divisions. Nelvin Toh holds a degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
