Binatari Okara is currently a barge master at Shelf Drilling, where they oversee jack-up rig preparations and operations. With previous experience as an assistant crane operator at Transocean from 2007 to 2012, they have developed a strong foundation in rig equipment and safety protocols. Binatari has also worked as a barge master and offshore installation manager at Oando Energy Services since 2012, coordinating marine operations and ensuring vessel seaworthiness. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management at Rivers State University of Science and Technology.
