OAR is a multidisciplinary infrastructure and mobility advisory firm operating across Africa.

We work at the intersection of engineering, planning, and project structuring, helping governments, investors, and developers translate complex infrastructure ambitions into bankable and implementable projects.

Our role is often to de-risk and unlock infrastructure opportunities by aligning the interests of funders, contractors, consultants, and public stakeholders. We support projects across the full lifecycle — from concept development and feasibility, through project structuring and financing, to delivery and operations.

Our areas of expertise include mobility systems, transport infrastructure, urban development, and strategic infrastructure advisory.

Built on a proven legacy of delivering infrastructure projects across Africa, OAR focuses on creating practical solutions that are financially viable, technically sound, and built for long-term impact.
