Previous experience includes serving as a Founding Partner at Douglas Machine from 1995 to 1998, focusing on small production runs, and working as a Machine Operator for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Group from 1980 to 1995, where Bob operated both manual and CNC lathes and milling machines.
