Max A.

Max A. has extensive experience in the education sector, particularly in school sports and physical education. Max is currently working at Oasis Community Learning as the Head of School Sport and lead of Croydon School Schools Partnership. Prior to this, Max A. served as the Director of School Sport at Alderwood School from 2016 to 2021, where they were responsible for the sporting provision for students aged 5-16. Before that, they worked at The Connaught School from 2011 to 2016, holding various roles such as Head of PE, Head of Year, and Teacher of PE and Head of House. Overall, Max A. has demonstrated a passion for promoting physical activity and sports in schools.

Max A. obtained a Bachelor's degree in BA Hons Physical Education from the University of Chichester, which was completed from 2007 to 2011. Max A. also holds additional certifications such as being a First Aider in the workplace from St John Ambulance, Level 1 from England Rugby, Level 1 coach from Britsh basketball, Level 3 cricket schools coach from the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB), and Outstanding middle leaders from The PiXL Club.
