Within the UK, Oasis is supported with its retail offering by Oasis Crescent Advisory Services UK, a subsidiary of OCUK, which provides investors with advisory services, client liaison and account management support. The formulation of client specific investment plans and financial advice relating to an investment in the Oasis investment funds requires full disclosure of all the potential implications and risks that are associated with such an investment, to allow the client to make an informed investment decision. A further subsidiary under OCUK includes the product provider, Oasis Global Management Company (Ireland) Ltd. This firm, based in Dublin is the seat of Oasis investment product design and management. Regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and with products that are listed on the Irish Stock Exchange and registered by regulatory bodies that include FCA (UK), FINMA (Switzerland), MSA (Singapore) and FSCA (South Africa); this company ensures that Oasis products meet every standard and operating requirement.
