Bill James

Bill James, CISSP, is a seasoned Cyber Security Engineer currently employed at Astrion since July 2023, following a company merger. Previously, Bill has held the position of Cyber Security Engineer at Oasis since March 2016, working under the ETASS II Contract, and served in a similar role at Jacobs Technology from July 2015 to February 2016 under the ETASS Contract. Bill's earlier experience includes serving as Information Assurance Manager/IT Manager at BlueWater Federal Solutions and as Information Assurance Officer/Project Manager at THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc., where responsibilities included managing user network accounts and ensuring the security of USAF information systems. Additional experience includes serving as DoD IS/MIS Manager at Lockheed Martin Information Technology, supervising a help desk team to support over 1500 personnel. Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security from Southern New Hampshire University.
