Thomas Hall serves as the CEO and Founder of the Lagniappe Film and Music Festival since December 2011, leading efforts to enhance the festival's offerings. In addition to this role, Thomas has owned and operated Oasis Design and Construction since April 2001, and previously held the position of National Sales Director at Houston Interweb from 1998 to 2001. As a business and management consultant from 1993 to 1998, Thomas worked with various business ventures. Earlier in the career, Thomas was the CEO of Prospect Marketing Group from 1989 to 1993. Educational background includes attendance at Lamar University from 1976 to 1983 and graduation from Forest Park High School in 1976.
