Husna B. is an HR Business Partner and trauma-informed counsellor with a focus on strategic direction, global mobility, and employee well-being. They currently work as a Counsellor at Nia and as an HR Business Partner at Oasis UK while previously serving as a Counsellor at Nour and an HR Officer at Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders. Husna holds a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a First Class BA in Human Resource Management from the University of Greenwich. Their mission is to promote equality, dignity, and safety for all individuals, particularly women and girls affected by violence and abuse.
