Eric Peterson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Eric started their career in 1996 as a Field Operations Manager at ComPath Inc, where they played a crucial role in the successful launch of @HOME cable modem in multiple locations. At ComPath Inc, they also served as the Director of Field Operations and later as the Senior Director of Operations, responsible for profit and loss management and driving revenue growth.

In 2004, Eric joined BRTRC as the Vice President of Business Development, overseeing various functions in the business development life cycle and focusing on professional services for government agencies. During their tenure, they directed and supported capture activities and played a pivotal role in securing contracts from different government entities.

After serving at BRTRC for fifteen years, Eric moved to IBA (Irving Burton Associates) as the Vice President of Federal Services.
