Camilla Näsman

Camilla Näsman is currently a Quality Manager at Oatly in Landskrona, where they focus on creating a sustainable continuous improvement culture through workshops and training. Previously, Camilla held roles such as Process Excellence Coordinator at McNeil AB, where they specialized in 5S and led various improvement methods, and Manager at Pfizer AB, overseeing effervescent production. They also contributed to the global Lean transformation as part of Höganäs AB's Global Lean Office Team. Camilla served as the Past National President of Ladies Circle Sweden from 2007 to 2008. In earlier career roles, Camilla worked in quality assurance and product release at Pharmacia.
