Christina Schroeter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail strategy, operations, and insights within the consumer packaged goods sector. Currently serving as VP, Retail Strategy, Operations, and Insights at Oatly since January 2021, Christina has been instrumental in building the first Category Management team for the world's leading oat milk brand. Prior to this role, Christina founded Thriving Brands Consulting, providing sales strategy consulting for small CPG companies. Christina's previous experience includes positions as Director of Sales Strategy at Sovos Brands, where a Sales Strategy and Category Management function was established, and various managerial roles at Clif Bar & Company, Kashi Company, and PepsiCo. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Purdue University.
